What we believe

• Local first. Your code, your tasks, and your memories live on your machine. The cloud is a mirror, not a master.
• Open contracts. Every IPC boundary is a Zod schema and every public API has an OpenAPI spec. No magic, no lock-in.
• Guardrails are non-negotiable. Hooks fire before the tool runs, not after. Block on policy, audit on success, and ship the receipt.
