- Yes. The MCP servers are open contracts and the desktop client is signed and notarized. Your data lives on your machine first; the cloud is a sync target.
- Do you store my LLM API keys?
- No. BYOK keys live in your OS keychain (macOS Keychain, Windows Credential Manager, libsecret). They never hit our servers and never land on disk.
- Can I switch plans mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We prorate seat additions on the Team plan.
